    Every Saturday Morning we have a free "300 workout" to clients and friends of clients within our Personal Training Studio located in Melbourne Northcote. The workout is perfect for anyone that looking for to sculpt lean muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness and and lose unwanted body fat. The workout is designed to be challenging, fun and achievable weather you are beginner (someone with little or no training experience) to the most seasoned veteran looking for the next challenge and everything inbetween.

    The concept of the 300 workout is quite simple, working at your own pace complete six exercises of 50 reps per exercises and complete it as quick as you can. You take as much or as little rest between exercises as you need to complete the full workout. Once completed you remember your time as try to beat it the following week. The only person you are in competition with is yourself! Example of the workout 25 TRX Rows, 50 TRX Push Ups, 50 leg raises, 50 kettle bell squats, 50 kettle bell bell swings, 50 hurdle jumps, 25 TRX rows.

    After the 300 workout we also have the option of testing your body composition with our on site BodyMetrix Ultrasound Body Composition Tester. This machine display an ultrasound body image on a specialised computer software which shows exactly how much body fat and lean muscle your have and also calculates risk factors such as heart diseases, diabetes and stroke based on those statics - this allows your you to monitor your progress and ensure you are loosing body fat losing body fat and not lean muscle. This is a free service offered to our clients and $50 for non-clients.
